The Ottawa Flyfishers Society's Executive Committee is currently made up of the following members:

Colin McKeown
I have loved fishing since I was a young boy. Learned to fly fishing while in the military (Navy).
When I retired began television production and created The New Fly Fisher. Have lived in Ottawa area
for 12 years now and love it. Passionate about helping others learn about the joys of fly fishing.
Have been a club member for 12 years. Love to travel to new destinations to fish. Enjoy the wonderful
bass fishing in the Ottawa area.

Vice President
George Hendry
George is a retired senior executive who spent his working life in program management, product development,
business development and general management with several technology and telecommunications companies.
He has worked primarily in Ottawa and California but has also had assignments in France and Germany.
George graduated from the Royal Military College with a Bachelor of Science degree, and, prior to working in private
industry, served as a Royal Canadian Air Force Navigator and Program Manager in several locations in Canada and the
United States.
George enjoys all forms of sports and, when not fly fishing or playing with his grandchildren, is a volunteer and
board member with Habitat for Humanity.

While I have always loved fishing, I caught the fly fishing but in 1999 and haven't looked back.
During the summers I coordindate weekly fishing outings throughout the NCR as a way to expose new anglers to
the opporunities in the area as well as way to get out and socialize with other fly anglers.
